Local and State Taxes: All room rates are subject to 11% local and state lodging tax.
Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum stay is requested on all festival weekends and holiday stays. A reduced minimum stay will be accepted within 7 days of all festival weekends and holidays (subject to availability). No minimum stay is requested during the quiet season.
Payment: The total amount for your room stay including taxes is due at the time of booking. Mastercard/Visa, Discover Card, American Express, and traveler’s checks accepted.
Cancellation: Reservations canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date will be funded in full less a 10% processing fee per room or $25, whichever is greater. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be refunded based on the ability to rent the canceled room(s) less a 10% processing fee per room or $25, whichever is greater.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. Check-in after 8 pm by prior arrangement only.
Smoke-Free: Rustic Retreats is a group of historic buildings and NO smoking is allowed inside any of the cottages, for the safety and health of our guests. Smoking is permitted outside the cottages on the decks and adjoining grounds.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Damages: Guests will be assessed an appropriate charge for any theft or damage to their guest cottage.
Lost Key: Lost Key fee $10.00
Amenities: Private bath and shower, color TV with DVD player or satellite, luxury cotton towels, high thread count cotton sheets, and free parking.
Quiet: Rustic Reatreats’ management reserves all rights to ensure the quiet enjoyment of the cottages by all of our guests.
